01Who is the Inner Circle for?
Leaders who are already accomplished and are not finished. The room is built for people who want fresh ideas and proven principles that lift their leadership lid, deeper conversations than they are currently having, and relationships with other leaders who are building something real. If you are looking for a course to consume, this is not that. If you are looking for a room to be changed by, keep reading.
02What actually happens each month?
Two one-hour calls on Zoom. In the first, a thought leader teaches: a personal friend or mentor of Dianna's, teaching in the area they are known for. In the second, Dianna leads the recap and the business implementation, then the circle masterminds together on what it means for your business. One session gives you the thinking. The next turns it into something you use.
03Who will I learn from?
John C. Maxwell, Susan Scott, Don Yaeger, Jeff Henderson, Matt Townsend, Stéph and Shay Schafeitel, Tony DiCello, Shaun Nepstad, and Dianna, with additional voices introduced through the year. 04What are the in-person events?
Two, and they are the anchors of the year. January 2027 opens with John Maxwell: three private hours of live teaching and question-and-answer focused on raising your leadership lid, plus a professional photograph with John. The circle gathers again in the third or fourth week of September 2027. Along the way there is a surprise experience built to stretch how you think. Dates and locations are announced as they are confirmed.
05What is included, and what do I pay for separately?
Both in-person events are included in your membership. Attendees are responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, and designated meals.
06How much time does this take?
Two hours a month on calls, plus the two events. The honest answer is that the members who get the most out of the room are the ones who bring something to it: a question they actually need answered, a problem they are willing to say out loud, a commitment to implement one thing before the next call. The calendar cost is small. The attention cost is what earns the return.
07Why is there an application?
Because the size of the room is the point. A small room means you will get to know the speakers, ask the questions you came with, and build relationships that continue long after a call ends. Membership is limited, and an application helps Dianna understand your leadership, your business, and what you intend to contribute. Submitting one does not guarantee acceptance.
08What is the investment?
The investment is covered directly with you once your application is reviewed, alongside exactly what your membership includes. Dianna's position on it is the same one she brings to every room she is in: one idea can produce a return far greater than the investment.
09What happens after I apply?
Your application is reviewed, and you are contacted about next steps. If it is a fit, you are welcomed into the circle and given everything you need before the year opens in January.
10Is this only for people in real estate?
No. Dianna's own background is real estate and the frameworks were forged there, and the room itself is built around leadership, communication, mindset, relationships, marketing, and masterminding. Those carry into any business a leader is building. What matters more than your industry is whether you are a big thinker who is serious about becoming more for the people you lead.
