The people closest to you influence the way you think, the decisions you make, and the level of success you achieve. The question is not whether the room you sit in will influence your future. The question is whether you will choose the right room for your future to expand.
You have become the person capable of creating your present success. What you desire next will ask you to become someone different.
“Pay any price to stay in the presence of extraordinary people.”

Who This Room Is For
More importantly, the Inner Circle gives Dianna the opportunity to have you meet with and learn from some of her mentors, coaches, and friends who have shaped her leadership throughout the years.
What's In It for You
One session is wisdom shared straight from a thought leader who is a personal friend or mentor of Dianna's. Access only she can provide. In the next, Dianna leads the recap and the business implementation, then the circle masterminds on it together. Small enough that they know your name.
The year opens in person with John Maxwell, the GOAT on leadership and Dianna's mentor since the mid-1990s. Three private hours of live teaching and question-and-answer focused on raising your leadership lid, and a professional photograph with John. Dates and location to be announced.
The circle gathers again in person in the third or fourth week of September 2027, location and dates to be announced. Along the way: additional speakers, intentional masterminding, powerful conversations, and a surprise experience created to stretch your mind and expand the way you think.

Convened and Led by
Dianna spent decades earning her seat in these rooms. This year she brings her circle in with her, leads the conversation after every session, and keeps adding new voices through the year.
Two One-Hour Zoom Calls Each Month
Throughout the year, you will learn directly from respected thought leaders in the areas that influence every part of your leadership and business.
Additional thought leaders will be introduced as the program progresses.
Questions
Leaders who are already accomplished and are not finished. The room is built for people who want fresh ideas and proven principles that lift their leadership lid, deeper conversations than they are currently having, and relationships with other leaders who are building something real. If you are looking for a course to consume, this is not that. If you are looking for a room to be changed by, keep reading.
Two one-hour calls on Zoom. In the first, a thought leader teaches: a personal friend or mentor of Dianna's, teaching in the area they are known for. In the second, Dianna leads the recap and the business implementation, then the circle masterminds together on what it means for your business. One session gives you the thinking. The next turns it into something you use.
John C. Maxwell, Susan Scott, Don Yaeger, Jeff Henderson, Matt Townsend, Stéph and Shay Schafeitel, Tony DiCello, Shaun Nepstad, and Dianna, with additional voices introduced through the year. Communication with Susan Scott. Team building and how to tell a story that lands with Don Yaeger. Marketing and vision with Jeff Henderson. Relationships with Matt Townsend. Mindpower with Stéph and Shay. Masterminding with Tony DiCello. Mindset and leadership with Dianna.
Two, and they are the anchors of the year. January 2027 opens with John Maxwell: three private hours of live teaching and question-and-answer focused on raising your leadership lid, plus a professional photograph with John. The circle gathers again in the third or fourth week of September 2027. Along the way there is a surprise experience built to stretch how you think. Dates and locations are announced as they are confirmed.
Both in-person events are included in your membership. Attendees are responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, and designated meals.
Two hours a month on calls, plus the two events. The honest answer is that the members who get the most out of the room are the ones who bring something to it: a question they actually need answered, a problem they are willing to say out loud, a commitment to implement one thing before the next call. The calendar cost is small. The attention cost is what earns the return.
Because the size of the room is the point. A small room means you will get to know the speakers, ask the questions you came with, and build relationships that continue long after a call ends. Membership is limited, and an application helps Dianna understand your leadership, your business, and what you intend to contribute. Submitting one does not guarantee acceptance.
The investment is covered directly with you once your application is reviewed, alongside exactly what your membership includes. Dianna's position on it is the same one she brings to every room she is in: one idea can produce a return far greater than the investment.
Your application is reviewed, and you are contacted about next steps. If it is a fit, you are welcomed into the circle and given everything you need before the year opens in January.
No. Dianna's own background is real estate and the frameworks were forged there, and the room itself is built around leadership, communication, mindset, relationships, marketing, and masterminding. Those carry into any business a leader is building. What matters more than your industry is whether you are a big thinker who is serious about becoming more for the people you lead.
Have a question that is not here? It is welcome inside the application.
where growth becomes inevitable

in your monthly investment. Attendees are responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, and designated meals.
The Value Is in the Size of the Room
One of the greatest advantages of the Inner Circle is its intentionally limited size. You will get to know the speakers. You will have opportunities to ask meaningful questions, build trusted relationships, and participate in honest conversations that help you apply what you are learning.
This is not a large conference where you sit in the back of the room and leave with pages of notes you never use. This is a room where your voice is heard, your questions are answered, and the relationships continue long after each event or call has ended.
The goal is simple: surround yourself with people, ideas, questions, and experiences that lift your leadership lid. The Inner Circle is expanding by adding a few additional members this year. We are looking for big thinkers, accomplished professionals, and leaders who desire to become more for the people they lead.
One idea can produce a return far greater than the investment.

The Application
Will you be in a room that helps you become more for the people you lead, or will you take the risk of not joining? The greater risk may be looking back at the end of 2027 and realizing you remained in the same rooms, heard the same conversations, and received the same results.
This application helps us learn more about you, your leadership, your business, and what you intend to contribute to the Inner Circle.
